Why do we love life and hate death?

What replies you expect one would give when posted with such an unusual question. One thing is atleast sure that each one would reply according to their knowledge and wisdom, hence is an effective question for testing purpose.

Life from time immemorial is held synonymous with happiness and joy. Death is regarded as getting devoid of the much sought after happiness and joy. Hence we all feel sorry for those who die (especially premature deaths).

Why to blame others.

There are many dualities, contradictions, and ambiguities in our thinking and it reflects in our behavior.

We want all things to be perfect in every possible sense, but we don't act to perfect our own-selves neither do we give it any importance, all we want is everything outside our-selves to be in order.

We want all our demands to be met but don't want to meet any demands.
We all want to be leader but don't want to shoulder any responsibility.
We want stern punishment if anyone harm us but say punishment is too harsh if not related to us.
We want to be completely free from all chains of life but we don't free our mind from any chain of desires.
We want to be remembered in all ages but don't like to remember any great personality.
We love to scoff, backbite, spy and defame others, and act as if we are the cleanest and the purest soul who are the real saviors of this world.
We start our day thinking only about ourselves then are forced to remember about other things as we all have multiple tasks at hand. We end our day unsatisfied most of time but start to snore without any firm resolve. This is all what we do till we are alive.

So why to blame others when we are the biggest hurdle and the most cunningly wicked enemy of our own-selves.
"None can change our condition unless we don't change our-selves."
